The CAN Volunteering and Development Program is a long-term community initiative of The House of Azerbaijan, created to empower individuals through meaningful engagement, leadership development, and service. The program brings together people who believe in active citizenship, cultural responsibility, and positive social impact.

CAN is designed to nurture skills, confidence, and teamwork by involving volunteers in cultural events, educational projects, community outreach, and organizational development. Participants gain hands-on experience while contributing to initiatives that strengthen community ties and promote intercultural understanding.

Open to individuals of different backgrounds, ages, and nationalities, the program encourages personal growth alongside collective progress. CAN volunteers are not only supporters of events—they are ambassadors of values such as responsibility, collaboration, and respect.

Through continuous learning, mentorship, and real-world practice, the CAN Program aims to build a strong, engaged, and forward-looking community—one that grows together and gives back with purpose.
